Cabins at Elwell Lakes Lodge are only rented by the week in June, July and August. After Labor Day cabins can be rented for three or more nights until we close for the season, normally the end of September. Tent cabins are only rented in conjunction with a cabin and are treated like a spare bedroom with an extra charge.
Peak Season June 3 until September 2:
Weekly only, Saturday to Saturday
Off-Season September 2 to October 1:
Three night minimum if includes Friday, Saturday or Sunday night
Two night minimum otherwise
Cabin prices include a clean, rustic, fully-equipped cabin with bath, kitchenette, propane barbeque, weekly linen, use of our boats on nearby Long Lake, and full use of all the lodge facilities
Tent cabins are also available to be rented in conjunction with a cabin. Tent cabins do not have bathrooms or cooking facilities. Tent cabins either have two single beds, or a single and a double.
Additional people, over the intended capacity of the cabin are an additional $125 per week during peak season, $110 per week in the off-season, or $20 per night in the off season.
All rates are subject to 9% tax
All credit card charges are subject to a 3.85% fee

Tent Cabins have either two twin beds or a double and a twin bed
Pillows, linens, towels, a table and a dresser are provided, but no bedding
Guests need to bring blankets or sleeping bags
There is electricity in the tent cabin and a bathroom and shower room are nearby
Elwell Lakes Lodge is operated under a special use permit issued by the Plumas National Forest and is an equal opportunity recreation services provider
